Actually, 5 stars isn’t enough! Our experience with Coastal Floor was beyond amazing! After being disappointed with the large chain stores, we decided to try Coastal Floor (A family run business). When we first entered the store, Jordan greeted us with a kind and genuine smile. Along with Peyton & Gigi’s input, we ended up purchasing carpet, tile, & LVP. Unfortunately, we needed to change our installation dates a few times and were sure that we would not be able to meet our deadline. But Jordan rearranged their work schedules several times and made it happen!Along with fantastic service & inventory, very fair pricing, and workmanship, we won’t shop anywhere else.

We were looking for carpet and found a great store Coastal Floor in Bluffton. Jordan Freeman worked with us and was extremely helpful - allowed us to take as many samples home as we liked - no pressure in making your decisions. But the best reason for choosing Coastal Floor is their “satisfying the customer “service. We had an issue with one of the rooms we had carpeted and when the carpet supplier would not admit there was a problem and replace the carpet, Jordan and Coastal stepped up big time and replaced the carpet and had the installation done at NO CHARGE! This is the company to use in this area. Jordan new all of the products in detail and has a large selection of flooring, carpet and tiles. We received design help and take home samples to make our complicated decisions easier. The installers arrived on the scheduled dates. The flooring installations were professional grade installs. We have other tile projects planned and will be going back.
