5 star experience all around. We found Pro Floors when we were looking for a company who handled tile removal in our kitchen with minimal dust. Before we hired them we discovered mold under vinyl flooring in every room of the house except the kitchen and guest room. This is a house we recently purchased in Sun City Hilton Head. Pro Floors handled everything for us immediately from scheduling to mold remediation, levelling concrete and installation of flooring. They completed the job within 10 days of our first contact. A shoutout to Heidi the office manager for keeping us informed every step of the way. I can’t tell you how grateful we are for their exemplary service.
Both installers did a superior job on our floor. Very neat, dust kept at a minimum. Guys went beyond our expectations moving a lot of furniture and stuff and putting it all back. Floor required total leveling. Luxury vinyl floor looks great and we are very happy with the price, quality-a solid value
