Her inspection was incredibly thorough: she walked the roof and the attic, documented everything with photos, explained exactly what was failing and why, and even did a temporary fix on the spot for free to hold things over until the repair.
What really earned my trust: Ashley repeatedly gave me honest advice even when it meant less money for them. When I decided to delay a full replacement (removing a large oak tree first), she even suggested a cheaper stopgap option instead of pushing the bigger ticket. You don't see that often.
The repair itself was done quickly and the workmanship was solid — they rebuilt the leaking valley penetration down to the decking rather than patching over it. The initial shingle color match was off, but when I flagged it, there was zero pushback — they came back the NEXT DAY and redid it with a proper color match. That's how you handle a callback.
