Due to a roof leak I contacted Charleston Roofs and Windows. I spoke to Kim on a Monday who scheduled me with Michael for inspection on Tuesday. Upon review we found the 20+ year old roof had several deficiencies and needed replacement. Michael expertly walked me through the contract for replacement. Grady had a crew here to begin work on Thursday. They worked hard all day to replace the roof. Both Adam and Grady came by the site to review work and ensure material delivery. We had a leak in the roof and called for an assessment. Eric was on time and very professional. He explained in detail the issue and gave us a more than fair quote. He worked around the weather to get the materials and job done quickly. Great quality work and provided pictures of everything. Thanks!

We had an exceptional experience with the entire team of Charleston Roofs and Windows and highly recommend their services. We had to replace or roof and ended up having to replace some of the OSB as well because of leaking. They completed the work timely and did a beautiful job. Our roof looks great, and surprisingly we no longer hear the rain pounding on our roof like we used to. A most excellent company, indeed! Thanks to everyone on your team of uard workers!
