Beginning with my first phone call, and continuing throughout every step of the process, Jason was accessible, timely, knowledgeable, thorough and patient. I am a Quality Director by trade and a detail-oriented person by nature. I know that I can drive some people up the wall with questions. Yet, despite my numerous questions ranging from broad topics to minutia, Jason repeatedly gave great advice and addressed every concern without pause. That brings a kind of peace of mind which goes a long way.
Of course, the great service would not have meant much without a great product, but the final product itself was more than I had hoped for, and my expectations were pretty high. The roof is beautiful, and the installation team was very friendly and very professional. Protection of the shrubs and other property was thorough and cleanup afterward was complete. Not a nail was missed.
