Great company to do business with. We needed a new roof after the wind storm and Big Bear came out to assess the damage.They gave us a price on replacing the roof and explained in detail the quality of the materials they use with satisfaction guaranteed.When the work was complete, the management staff assessed the work to assure we were satisfied. Big Bear did an excellent job. Referred to them by New Age Contracting. Big Bear pressure washed my roof so good i saw it had been red. So I kept it red. It looks great. Every one did a wonderful job. Cleaned up daily. Took before photos with a drone. Took after photos with phone camera on roof. Having to get new homeowners insurance because insurer left coastal area. Agents say it looks great also. The color is good and the overall look is good. Got caps on chimneys and they look great also. Professional. Drew and others responded when I asked questions or needed help. The fee was reasonable.
