“We bought a home downtown that was built in 1852, and decided to replace the roof as part of some upgrades we are making. I got four quotes. Three were in the same ballpark, and there was one outlier. We were not disappointed. As with all old houses, you have to navigate the BAR and the various anomalies with the house itself. In this case, decades ago a previous owner has laid a metal roof over a shaker shingle roof, so there was a lot of work, debris and complexity to the project. Chance and his team were excellent. We had good communication throughout, the crew pointed out things that needed attention, and delivered a final product that was as good as advertised.
