“Very efficient, friendly Vet office..It's a busy place so just like a Dr's office you have to be patient as some simple issues may take more time than expected. Be assured your pet will get the same care...“

“Dr Mary and her daughter are awesome. They run a small practice but it's very efficient and very reasonable. My dogs love coming here and have been coming for 13+ years. I had an older dog who passed away and I believe Dr Mary gave him an extra five or six years on his lies by prescribe an arthritic medicine. Highly recommended as always.“

“We were visiting from Sunset Beach from Virginia. Our 13 1/2 year old miniature schnauzer, Katie, had been getting medication for congestive hear failure for over a year. When her CHF was diagnosed the cardiologists told us we could expect 6 months to a year. Katie did very well on her medication and remained playful and energetic. She took a drastic downturn while we were in NC. Lethargic, not eating, and drinking infrequently, etc. We tried many vet offices, in NC, but none of which was seeing new patients. One of them recommended Coastal Veterinary Care. They had us bring Katie in, examined her, and did lab work. Evidently, the CHC medication had taken a toll on Katie. Dr. Black and her staff were very kind. They prescribed an appetite stimulant but told us that Katie was very ill but might benefit from hospitalization. We decided that we would rather she spend her remaining time with our extended family who had converged on NC. Bree brought an additional appetite stimulant to us in NC - she evidently lived not too far from where we were staying. We brought Katie home and took her to her regular vet when that office opened on Monday. We all agreed that Katie was telling us it was time for her to begin a new adventure and we said our goodbyes as she rested on my lap. Dr. Black and her staff were wonderful. I whole heartedly recommend Coastal Veterinary care.“
