I was so pleased with my first visit. My 5 month old pup Dunkin and I were greeted with a kind caring staff that check us in and swept us away to a private room with patio and walkout to grassy area, before I even had a chance to sit a team member was in getting all new patient info. During the short wait for the vet another staff members asked to come in to play with Dunkin. The vet was so sweet did a full exam of Dunkin. Took time to talk with me about him and his future heath as an adult dog. I am new to the area so I was on the hunt to find a vet. My dog is young and only needed flea and tick control. Vet still did a thorough exam and the techs were wonderful with her. They gave her lots of cookies and cheese whiz to keep her occupied while they did their thing. I love that they have outdoor patient rooms too for those extra nervous dogs who just don't like being inside an unfamiliar place.
Dr. Heather and her staff were amazing during our recent urgent care visit. Our vet in Little River was short staffed on Monday and our fur baby Dallas Mackenzie had an emergency and they referred us to River Oaks. We were able to be seen within 30 minutes. We were so grateful for the attention, care, concern and affection to Dallas, especially since we were not an established patient.
