They were wonderful here! Kind and compassionate. Did not have a long wait. I was very pleased with my visit. Patrik the tech was great, and Dr Andrew Crouse was Wonderful with my sweet Lucy!! Great place!!
Yesterday 2/13/24, our Shorkie needed emergency assistance right away, we are from NY and had no clue where to go. We searched on line and found On Point Animal Hospital. Our girl was having a severe reaction to “something” to the point of nearly leaving us. From the first phone conversation with Ashlee to seeing Dr. Rachel Jackson, our experience couldn’t have been any better. Immediate assistance, complete and compassionate explanations, every question and concern fully addressed and not rushed at all. we had to have our Girl Sophie euthanized today and from the time we arrived until the time we left the entire staff were very caring and made us feel like they were family ,,,We got to spend as much time with her as we wanted, Never once did they rush us along ...On Point you did fantastic during a hard time Thank You ..
