My dog (i thought) had been bitten by a snake since I found him with one in his mouth... the ladies at on point were so incredibly kind and calm. I brought in an injrured hummingbird for treatment. They did their best to revive it, but it passed. They did not charge me for its care. I have a credit instead to be used with my dog.
I visited the Surfside location of On Point Veterinary Hospital. We were there on vacation and our dog was injured and needed seen. I cannot say enough how wonderful they were. Everyone we encountered there was professional, kind, very welcoming and compassionate. Although we did have to wait a couple hrs to be seen as a walk-in, it was worth it to receive the excellent care we did. Dr. Bishop was extremely knowledgeable and took her time explaining options to us. Although my dog is still on the mend, she made it possible for us to continue or vacation with our dog feeling much more comfortable and she gave us very helpful advice on how to proceed with his care going… read full review
