“We visited On Point in Surfside under the worst circumstances. We were here on vacation, and our almost 16 year old pom became very ill. We unfortunately had to put him to sleep. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Dr. Jackson was wonderful. We just dropped in, and they helped us and our little buddy, Lucky, so quickly. We are so grateful! “They took me as an emergency because my regular vet was booked and my 14&1/2 year old cat had been in distress for 3 days. They took him right back and evaluated him. Sadly he was very ill with heart disease and the most humane logical option was to put him down. It was so hard and happened so fast but the staff went above and beyond and was so wonderful and caring. I highly recommend this practice.“
