We had been without water for a week due to electrical storm damage to our water heater. Scott came out and was super nice, and worked for a long time. Unfortunately due to the type of baffle we have in our laundry room he was not able to fix it, and he didn’t charge us a thing. He’s a great guy and we will call them again.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough! Scott and his staff were incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. My plumbing issue turned out to be much more complicated than expected and even required two extra trips that ultimately ended up being unnecessary through no fault of their own. Despite that, they stayed patient, positive, and helpful the entire time. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed or frustrated.
