“Called to have plumber come out and replace non-working disposer. David arrived and proceeded to run all the tests we had done and came to same conclusion -- " new disposer". Upon taking off old disposer he noticed a wire had come loose and fallen down inside . He reattached wire- did a test run and then proceeded to put existing disposer back in place. We really appreciate the honesty , it would have been very easy to put in new disposer and we would never have known!! Older people are often taken advantage of, nice to know there are still honest people in the world!! We have used them before and will again if situation arises.Diane was super helpful as well in sending someone out quickly. Thank You!”
