“There is not a better gym with better personal training in the upstate. I have been going to some sort of gym on and off for 20 years. I have had some good experiences and decent results but I have never had personal training where they genuinely care about your results like Robert, Mike, and Ali do. Mike and Ali, the owners, are there every single time I walk in and are always open to questions, advice, or just conversation. Roberts training is perfect for anyone. He goes into great detail as to what you're doing, why your doing it, and what to expect. The research he does on each workout type is bar none. On top of all of that, they provide you with a nutritional app where they plan every single meal you put in your body from breakfast to lunch to dinner and even snacks in between. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to make myself better with.“

“The staff is great, the equipment is top-tier, and the e-gym is a fantastic addition—perfect for anyone new to lifting or circuit training. I also love the pool and indoor track. The shower area looks great now other than shower #2 is slow too drain (run it for 5 minutes and you will see), vents in the shower area are still full of fuzz. Additionally is this a Christian gym? Not everyone that goes here is Christian, and does that matter to the people that run the building?“

He is knowledgeable and truly passionate about what he does. Gur was the first coach in my life to make a true impact on me and 8 years later, I still carry and cherish the lessons I've learned in this gym. If you're a parent looking for a place for your athlete to train or an individual looking for someone to push you to better your physical health and become more confident in all aspects- THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. “I moved to Greenville recently and this PF has been a generally great gym and is conveniently located for me. I’ve moved around the country a lot and as a result have been to many PF’s. This one is clean, has good equipment, and staff are friendly - all the metrics you want in a gym. What’s more, they had a bucket of slips of paper that contained words of encouragement to fuel you at the gym (and otherwise). I’ve just started at grad school here at ICAR and have been putting these words of encouragement on the wall of my home office. They are a highlight of my trips here and are great reminders of wholesome ideas. I am withholding a star because I learned today that this beneficial initiative has been discontinued. I implore those with the requisite authority to reconsider this decision! I would hate to change home gyms :)“
