“This gym has the friendliest staff because I have witnessed the Manager, Sunday, treat them all as a “team”. I have seen him clean equipment just like his staff. I think that says a lot about teamwork and chipping in where needed. He is always polite and cheerful and ready to answer our questions re the gym, equipment or tanning and massage beds! It’s also nice that the staff are consistent with the employment there and not seeing a new face every week! I love how they greet us and say “have a great day” when we leave! Sort of like a 2nd family!“

“I highly recommend Megan as a trainer. Once COVID hit, I felt very unmotivated to work out. My mom (who had worked with Megan for years and loves her too) recommended I reach out to Megan to work on a home workout routine and I did so late fall of 2020. I’m now on my second routine and love everything about it. Megan is so attentive to my needs, likes, and injuries. She will sit down and consult with you to design a custom workout. I love how she sends links to her doing the exercises for reference and also includes pictures to remind me once I start getting the hang of things. If an exercise doesn’t work for you, she will replace it with something that does. If I ever have any questions regarding an exercise, she is so kind and helpful with a prompt response. As someone who has worked out their entire life, I feel so much stronger already! Can’t wait for my next routine ?“
