“I had my first session on Tuesday 2/17. I did the "Hot 26" and even though I am a complete novice at yoga, my fears were quickly put to rest. The class was challenging but not impossible. The pace was appropriate and Hilary the yogi was awesome. 10/10“

I appreciated her asking questions to ensure I was not in pain throughout the duration of the massage. I'll definitely be going back after I give birth. She also was very personable and gave me tips to utilize throughout the rest of my pregnancy and during my labor.“

745 Arden Ln, Rock Hill“The trainers and staff are excellent. Josh, Austin and Dylan, in particular have been very helpful. I am in a wheelchair, but I am able to use the pool and participate in the group fitness sessions. Josh and Austin have helped me modify many of the group exercises to accommodate my wheelchair. The new “head janitor” is such a friendly face in the mornings. She does such a good job keeping the place clean in the mornings. Emily is also a smiling presence when I arrive. Overall, the staff is attentive, welcoming, and available for questions, etc. Yes, the physical maintenance is a bit disappointing, but this great staff makes up for that for me, anyway. I look forward to my workouts there.,“

“I just signed up and have attended several classes at the Fort Mill location. I have a lot of injuries from the military and bodybuilding so I decided to try hot yoga as it is supposed to help with injuries. I absolutely loved the classes, I was able to fully participate without any pain. The chronic pain I usually feel has started to subside and has improved my happiness by tons!! I would highly recommend Y2 for everyone, especially those who want to prevent weightlifting injuries.“
