I researched several different gyms in the Rock Hill SC to find a good one to visit as I’m from NC and was gonna be up that way on business.LA Fitness was clean, the staff were also helpful and gave me a tour. The gym was 2 stories and had lots of equipment. The reason I left the 4-star is because although it was decent it was very basic. I travel around finding the best gyms in an area and this one was just like alot of other franchise gyms. If you’re looking for a simple gym that’s clean and has alot of equipment, this may be for you. But if you’re looking for a hype workout with a energetic environment this may not be for you.

Pretty particular about my gyms since it’s where I spend majority of my time outside of work and home! I have been going to LA Fitness for over a year now (initially in Ballantyne and now the one in Rock Hill). First, the staff at LA Fitness is top notch. Very friendly, courteous, and hard working. I always see the gym being cleaned and maintained daily which is huge. The trainers you can tell really care about their clients and wanting them to succeed. The atmosphere is very welcoming as well to people from all walks of life. They have pretty good equipment that is in good shape. Sean did my assessment and was very helpful laying out the plans in regards to trainers . Would highly recommend. I completed a initial 30-minutes with Sean and he was very helpful and patient.I left planet fitness to come to LA and glad I did.Sean has great customer service.
