“Such a kind and professional person. I’ve been lucky enough to be getting massages here for the last 6-8 months as I started my weight loss journey. Without Von, there is no way I would have been able to continue the workouts that have allowed me to lose almost 100 pounds. I’ve had 7 surgeries, to include 2 neck fusions, hip replacement, shoulder and two ACLs and she was able to work those areas that kept me moving rather than on the couch. Thanks Von!”
“The most relaxing, loving, healthy place to be! Jenny, Sky, Alessia, and the other teachers are not just kind but inspirational. Every time I walk into the studio, I automatically feel the good vibes, and happiness.. the teachers take their time and make sure you are comfortable with every position that you move! Definitely recommend this place.. meditation, beginning yoga, and my favorite aerial! I encourage everyone to visit just once. It changed my life and I appreciate all of them 🩷”
“Gao Yang's is an amazing young woman! She is kind caring and compassionate and genuinely wants her clients to feel at home in their body and have peace of mind. Her body work sessions are wonderful she takes time to assess the mobility of your body, determining which areas are stronger or weaker and she works with you to release physical and emotional tension. Gao is very knowledgeable, I am grateful to her for putting together a little work out routine to strengthen my body. I recommend her body work sessions!”
