They came right away to give an estimate and showed up at 9 am the next morning to do the install for less than half of the Home Depot rip-off company. “I had Mica come out to my new house to discuss adding grab bars in my 87 year old mom’s shower. He was prompt and very helpful. We discussed the location for 2 bars and the style that I wanted. W/ in minutes everything was ordered and an install time was set up. When my mom arrived at the house she decided that she didn’t want the bars. I reached out to Mica to see if I could cancel the order and he mentioned that “customer satisfaction is our priority” and that he would do whatever we would like. He offered to still come out to the house so my mom could see the bars. Upon his arrival we decided to cancel our order. Once again, Mica couldn’t have been more professional, pleasant and understanding. With in 5 minutes of Mica leaving he sent me a screenshot of the refund. Absolutely next level customer service.
