Erik was exceptionally professional; very helpful in talking through our needs and how best to address them. From our initial meeting with him to his inspection of the final work, Erik managed the job flawlessly.
His team, led by Miro, was exceptional. Very careful in the removal of the old system. The attic access was very challenging as it was in a closet. Installation of the new system and initial setup was very well done… the team exceeded all expectations. They even trenched out a new drain line to insure condensation was taken well away from the house and connected to a drain line. Cleanup was perfect. Miro also insured we understood how to work the new smart thermostat…. Which took a little time!
Couldn’t be happier. McGee Heating and Cooling are now our go-to HVAC people. We will be needing them in the next few years to replace our second unit. Highly recommend!“
