“Called them on a Sunday morning after ac stopped working on Sunday afternoon, company assigned by my homeowners warranty never responded to their dispatch work order within their listed business hours which included weekends. I was able to reach the Priority Heating & Air on call tech and was able to schedule a visit within 2 hours of the call. Repair was made promptly and unit is back an working. This is the 2nd time in 4 years I have used to Priority to handle a warranty claim the assigned companies never responded to. Great job and response by their tech James!!!!“
