I have had a very good experience with Davis service tech. He was knowledgeable and very patient with explaining everything he was doing and why. I would greatly recommend them to anyone who is in need of any work with your heating or your air conditioning.
The technician was personable, polite and very knowledgeable. He completed the work in a timely fashion and was very able to explain what was needed and any other fixes he thought might be helpful.
This was our first experience with Davis Services. We were so impressed that we purchased a maintenance agreement for our five units. Ben was exceptional -- timely, respectful, and painstaking. He took great effort to explain what he was doing and why.
