Randy and his team are the best in the business. I have used him for many years, and they have always been prompt and professional. Some time ago, my coil had a leak and was an expensive replacement. Randy helped me complete the warranty claim as I was just under the deadline when he could’ve easily just told me that I needed a new one. Carnes does all my yearly maintenance, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Very thankful for this company! My thermostat went out and he came out about an hour after I called him on Labor Day and had it fixed within an hour. Very friendly and didn't charge me a ridiculous price even with it being a holiday. Definitely recommend and will use in the future!Services: Install thermostat

I have used them a few times over the last few years for both heating and A/C. Mr. Carnes is very knowledgeable and honest. He guarantees his work so there's no charge if they have to come back but I'm happy to say I have had to do that.
