I had to have a complete install of AC/Heating System....They Installed it and removed all parts of the old system, Tested the System both AC cooling and Heat, which worked a great. A new digital Thermostat was installed as well which not only works on the wall but can be controlled via my phone. I always had a problem in my Garage/Shop of it being too hot or cold during seasons....They installed a new duct and ceiling vent which now gives me Controlled temperature in my shop Cool during the summer and warm in the winter. They were very neat and respectful of my home...when ever they needed to come into the house they put shoe coverings on to protect my carpets and floors. “Lord knows im not a fan of gas companies. While I admit I'm new ro dealing with them, In the 5 years since I moved to SC I've had problems with all gas companies I've had to deal with which by now is up to 4.
Ideal is the first one that did not make me feel like I was interviewing for the privilege of being their customer and actually came out when they said they would and went above and beyond to fix or advise on all my issues at a reasonable cost.
