“We have an older unit. When we had issues, Santo came out within a few days to get it repaired. He is kind and very knowledgeable about the system. He explains things so that we could understand and he doesn't sugar coat it. He is an excellent service tech!”
Jackson Heating & Air
“As a prior HVAC guy, in which I no longer work, I sold my equipment and ended up with a hvac issue lol anyways, my wife and I decided to have Jackson come out and look at our Rheem unit, which was grinding and freezing up. Upon arrival, David, came in, was friendly, courteous, and got right to work. It was nice to see that as two techs, he was more than willing to talk hvac issues with me and we had a great conversation. As we worked thru the diagnosis, (him working, me talking) I learned a lot from him. He was quick, efficient, and to me, was the type of technician I would want to be working on my house unit. Can’t speak highly enough. This was especially an important visit because we have Airbnb guests staying with us. David, thank you for servicing the unit and would request we have him back here again. Truly was a pleasure and thank you Jackson for delivering prompt response and assistance!”
