I had to call them to fix a leak in my kitchen to start with, and I've just given them tons of other things to do I needed done.“

“Had a pipe burst in the crawl space under the house while I was at my parents this Saturday evening (old corroded copper fitting). Went down the line of local plumbers none of whom were taking calls this late on a weekend day. Was about to give up and call Roto-Rooter when I noticed T Smith Plumbing Contracters so I gave them a shot. Not sure if the gentleman who answered the phone at 8:30pm on a Saturday was Tony Smith himself but he was obviously busy with dinner with his family or friends and took my call anyway and set me up with his guy RJ. Less than 2 hours later my elderly parents had their water back on and at a ridiculously good price. Solid dudes, both of them. This is the 3rd fitting burst I've had in the past year and I'm super impressed with their service and am awaiting a quote to go ahead and replace the rest of the old equipment under the house. Thank you for taking the stress out of my evening even though you were busy enjoying yours. Will def be my 1st choice for plumbing issues going forward and recommending you to everyone I know.
