Alex is always there when he says he will be.
Alex was great! He checked the air filter and determined it needed replacing so we did that. He then went to my outdoor unit and removed the panels revealing the coil fins which were caked with dust pollen. Alex sprayed the fins removing all of the debris then he checked the coil pressures and temperatures verifying that the unit was now cooling properly. Alex was quick and efficient getting my a/c unit back to normal in a very short time.
