Jeff was wonderful. He took the time to really explain our plumbing and offered various tips to help us ensure no water leakage in the future. As first time home owners who have gotten some tough luck from other plumbers in the area, I am very satisfied with their services. Our first impression of first choice is that they are fair, trustworthy and very diligent.
With a lot of homes having more than one bathroom, a clogged toilet, in my opinion, may not be considered an emergency. In my case, my dad is under hospice care and using medications to assist with digestive needs. Even though I have 2 bathrooms, the one accessible to my dad and set up for his disabilities was the problem potty. I called 1st choice at 7AM. They understood my delimma and were there in just a couple of hours. I could not be more pleased with their understanding, timeliness, compassion, and professionalism. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend this company!
We have been very pleased by the service we have received from 1st Choice Plumbing. They are excellent in responding to emergencies in a timely manner. Most recently Nicole and Scott arrived at our home on a weekend day to ensure that our problem was solved. This is very comforting to know that their main concern is solving our plumbing issues. We will continue to call on this company because they will always be our "1st choice."
