Been using these folks for many years. They helped keep old units alive for 5 years longer than expected, replaced the units when they finally dropped. They replaced one big unit in 1 day, while waiting for the inspector. Everything looked and worked great. We use them for regular maintenance. They show up when they say they will. All this and they are very reasonably priced and easy to work with-they are excellent!
I decided to propose to my girlfriend and Mark was absolutely there to support and help me make her day. When it came down to the video and photos I gave him full creator freedom and he did so amazing. It’s the owners that need the training, which we have been told several times. We signed up for one of his courses, very reasonable priced, different levels that you can sign up for. Anthony, along with our dog, has trained us, the owners, of our new dog, how to handle him, walking, and sitting, and staying, and everything that the dog wants to do for you, but Anthony teaches you that it’s you that needs the training, so the dog understands what you want and by doing that our dog is so much smarter, or should I say we are so much smarter and the dog is just so much more lovable, because of the training that Anthony has given us, along with our dog we are very happy with everything that Anthony has taught us and has made our dog so much more enjoyable. In the past, we have tried other methods with other dogs that we owned, but it just isn’t the same. The group training on Saturday is unbelievable to see 25 dogs sitting, staying, walking around, not jumping and barking and running and everything that you don’t want your dog to do, Anthony can fix that for you all you have to do contact him sign up and you’ll be amazed in three or four lessons, what he can teach you, the owner of the dog, and how to handle your dog and it’s so worth it. It’s a little bit of a travel for us, but it’s well worth the time and enjoyment that we now get from our newest member of the family.
We became acquainted with Total Bond on three separate occasions, each experience were traumatic events with our animals. The staff was always personable, professional and demonstrated empathy during each crisis. I want to give special thanks to Dr. Smith - he was instrumental in educating us and providing professional advice. Our feline that we had for 17 years (CatMan) passed away last month. We received a card from the staff within a week of his passing. That simple gesture from them solidified my opinion of their dignity and compassion. Thank you for all you do!

Today I visited Top Nails. Tim and Kim use to do my nail when I was in high school and I found them and decided to give them a try. I wasn’t disappointed with my nails BUT I called and ask for a price of what I wanted. I was quoted one price for gel nails but when I payed it was $15 more. I didn’t get anything extra. I don’t mind paying for good service but don’t quote one price over the phone and then something different when it’s time to pay bc that’s when it interferes with your tip. Tim did a good job on my nails but I hate the way he up charge me in person.
Stephanie is fantastic. I was a walk-in and had to wait, Stephanie kept me up to date as my time drew closer. Ultimately she is the one who cut my hair.I normally shave my hair off on my own, but decided to get it done by someone else. She helped figure out a slightly different style and guided me on a slightly cheaper in price option. Good haircut and saving money. I call that a win.
