“Who comes out at 10:00 at night right before the 4th of July weekend to address a broken HVAC call made only hours before? David's Heating and Air does. The problem was quickly identified and the offending part replaced for a fraction of what I was expecting. And they were so nice and friendly about the whole issue!
I have come to realize that this service is normal for David's Heating and Air. When I first called them 11 years ago to get a quote on a new HVAC system, they sat me down and explained why I didn't need the high end system I was considering, and what (much cheaper) system I should get. They were right -- my HVAC has worked perfectly since, partly due to a great unit and partly to my service contract with them, which apparently included coming out at night in response to my emergency. They are truly the best out there -- I could not recommend them more highly!!“
