“My daughter was brought in for a injury while playing softball. From the time emergency crews got to her to the time we left, everyone was super sweet, informative and very helpful. The lady at the front desk at the ER, Lori was exceptional ? She brought us a sandwich, penutbutter crackers and a drink. The EMT even checked in on her before we left. She was so sweet on the ride to the hospital, she explained everything that was happening as she went along to keep my daughter calm. Very grateful for all of you who made such a scary event manageable. Thank you!“
