My experience is always been good from the time you walk in the front door till you walk back out that door everyone's kind considerate and goes out of their way to help you they've been my doctor for a long time

My wife and I have been patients with Family Physicians of Spartanburg for around 40 years. We have seen them suffer from growing pains in the past, but they survive and came back better than ever. Have we had "issues",, to be honest,, yes,, but it has never been important enough to search out another caregiver. The times that there was an "issue", it was brought up and resolved quickly. Whether it was a billing issue, or a medical or personnel issue, it was always resolved. Are they perfect, no, but none of us are !

The doctors there are the greatest around. I have been seeing them for over twenty odd years and don't plan to change anytime soon. Dr. Karl and his assistants are wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about anything I need to know.
