I absolutely enjoyed my appointment at AFC Urgent Care Bon Secours in Spartanburg. This is my second time going to this urgent care. The lady at the front desk was so polite and welcoming when I entered the doors. I had an appointment and was attended to quickly. Miss Carla is amazing and I felt vwry comfortable discussing my illness. The NP, Michelle Blair, was thorough and listened to my symptoms. Honestly, this is the most effective urgent care I have ever been too! I highly recommend this business.
It was a great, nice and professional experience since the moment I walked through the door! Great customer service with helping get to the correct link to fill out the needed info...the other staff didn't even mind repeating things if I had questions at all. More than satisfied with my visit.
Made an appointment for a 2 step PPD there was one person in line when I came in and a second who came behind me. With this visit I didn't have to wait very long to see the MA for my test to be administered.
