From start to finish, the Integrity team gets five stars. Anthony responded very quickly to my call to replace an old skylight with a new Velux product. He’s clearly an experienced professional as is the team that installed the skylight afterward. The Integrity guys were friendly and communicative, keeping me informed along the way. I’m very pleased with whole process and recommend this company whole-heartedly.
Anthony and the team were AMAZING! Anthony quickly came to do our free roof estimate where he noticed a bad patch job by another company and a few other issues. He sent us a video of our roof and pointed everything out. Out of 7 companies that we had come over, he was the only person to actual walk our roof and not depend on a drone or satellite. Hannah in the office worked quickly to get the permits in order and we had our roof installed within 3 weeks from inspection. The job took 1 day and it looks amazing! We couldn't be happier with our experience with this company. Great communication before, during and after the installation of our roof. The crew was fast and professional; cleanup occurred each evening, along with a final cleanup and inspection. We would highly recommend IRS.
