After 20 years tropical storms, hurricanes, and general wear & tear, it was time for a new roof. Ridge lines and vents were a mess. Dylan answered my call immediately, came out to assess the situation, and within 24 hours gave me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We went with a tile roof for our place in Sun City and couldn't be happier. Dylan explained the pros and cons compared to shingles, he never pressured us, and let us make the decision. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up every day before they left. Should've done this years ago
