“Can't say enough great things about Superior. My 90 year old Mother came home from a recent trip to a non functioning air conditioner. It's been 90 + degrees horrible conditions to be without air. We called Superior who immediately sent a great technician John who diagnosed the problem but couldn't fix it immediately. Friday another super technician MATT continued the process into Saturday. Success!! Matt was so kind and concerned for my 90 year old Mom. He stayed around on his day off Saturday to make sure everything was working and she was okay. They also saved us about $500 by checking the warranty information. We were exactly a month away from the warranty expiring. Thank you Superior and thank you Scott & Matt for caring.“

He came out to our home within 24 hours of calling him, troubleshot our system and gave us an estimate that was only 25% of our lowest estimate. We hired him but had to wait a few days for the part to come in but as soon as it did he had scheduled with us for the next day.
