“We were in need of 2 new systems for 2 separate houses and decided to convert from oil to gas. New England Boiler works was recommended to me by a friend whom had a great experience with them. Steve and Nate walked me through the entire processs. They helped me pick the right system for our needs. Even though the timeline was short, we had a holiday weekend and the gas company changed the gas line install date multiple times, Steve and Nate were both easy to communicate with, available when we needed them, and went above and beyond to make the install happen so we could have hot water for the summer!!!
