AC crapped out, Storm was here within 15 minutes, diagnosed and fixed within 20 lol. He did a fantastic job, was nice, explained clearly what happened and the cost was more than fair. I know HVAC can be complicated sometimes and we were lucky it was an easy fix, but we are very grateful just the same.
Our air conditioning stopped working in high August heat. We called Valley Heating & Cooling and Logan came out the same afternoon. Mice had nested in our AC condensing units, eating wires. He fixed the units very efficiently and the bill was actually less than we expected.
