“Having passed by this gym for years while visiting family in the area over weekends I finally decided to stop by for a workout. Andrew was very welcoming and excited to let me tryout a class. The class itself was an excellent mix of techniques and conditioning; it was fast paced, challenging and a great way to start of a Saturday. If I was around during the week I would love to check out other classes. Andrew is an excellent teacher and motivator and is able to articulate the importance of developing a positive and determined mentality while training and applying that mindset outside the gym. The only downside to my stop by the gym was regretting I hadn't done so sooner!“
