I felt very welcomed as did my son. I never imagined there could be a place we could both train together due to the huge age difference but that is not the case here. It's encouraged and nurtured here. I have so many more positive things to say about my experience but in all honesty you really need to give it a try yourself. I drive all the way from Johnston to go to this gym because of the reasons I mentioned.. five stars!”
