Excellent experience here! They are super family friendly. Caring, knowledgeable and accommodatingetn.
I felt very welcomed as did my son. I never imagined there could be a place we could both train together due to the huge age difference but that is not the case here. It's encouraged and nurtured here. I have so many more positive things to say about my experience but in all honesty you really need to give it a try yourself. I drive all the way from Johnston to go to this gym because of the reasons I mentioned.. five stars!

Pride Martial Arts has been a life-changing experience for our son, Zach. From the moment he stepped on the mat, the instructors welcomed him with discipline, encouragement, and genuine care. Over the past 5 years, we’ve watched him grow not only as a martial artist but also as a person.

The structure and consistency of training have been incredibly helpful for Zach’s focus and confidence—two things he’s struggled with in the past due to ADHD. The instructors understand how to bring out the best in each student, and their patience combined with high expectations has motivated Zach to push himself further than we thought possible.

I used to train here years ago. I am very grateful I had coach Andrew as my very first coach. The fundamentals and hard work he instilled in me has carried me to evolve in the martial arts journey. OSS SENSEI.
