He also does sessions with my sons (5 and 7) on the weekends and it's gotten them excited about martial arts and exercising in general. My 7 year old has autism and Gil works great with him. The gym here is a good environment with great people to be around.”

Pat is an awesome instructor, and his classes are structured in a way that maximizes learning techniques while gaining invaluable live rolling practice. Classes are filled with multiple upper belts, including several Black belts who assist with teaching, which gives significant opportunity to experience different styles to continue growing your own game.
