Jim was prompt, responsive when I called for help and his work was meticulous and neat. He took the time to show me how to replace the filter and even came back to install a valve that would make it easier for me to get the air out and drain water out of the pipe first before replacing the filter. “I call this plumber for service after developing a small leak and received a pleasant greeting that immediately scheduled an appointment 7 days later, due to their busy schedule, which they explained. "Jack" showed up on time on the appointed date and completed the work in about two hours as a cost of just over $200 including materials. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating was the 7 day timeframe for an appointment. Two other plumbers were call; one would not come out because I was not already a client.
