“I had Mitsubishi heating/cooling splits installed. The Ocean State Air team was fantastic and very knowledgeable. They had great advice for product selection, were thoughtful and clearly VERY experienced when it came to installation; and Brandon and Jeremy and the rest of the installation team were very polite, communicative, clean and respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering installing AC in an old house.”
“Timothy and Jonah could not have been more thorough and professional. They were very respectful of me and my property.
These two went way beyond to ensure that the installation of my conversion from oil to natural gas was seamless and to ensure that the disruption it would entail would be minimal.
Exceptional!!!”
“Just as the heatwave was beginning last week, our central a/c stopped working. We began calling many contractors and most were either not accepting new customers or we were told that the first available appointment was more than a week away. I remembered seeing RB Queern trucks in the community and they were recommended by a neighbor so I gave them a call around 10:00 am. I spoke to a friendly woman who was very helpful (as opposed to attempting to chat with a bot used by many other companies). She scheduled a tech to come by in the afternoon that same day! He arrived at 3:30 after calling to let us know he was on his way. He spent some time diagnosing the problem and explained the issues clearly. He had the necessary parts to repair the problem and fixed everything within an hour and the price was very fair. Our a/c has been working great since. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Unfortunately, I can’t only give them 5 stars, but they deserve more.”
