“Me and our dogs love this place, great Dr.s and Vet techs, we have a dachshund and Lancashire terrier. Weekend appointments at no extra charge. The hours of operation are the best, I travel for work during the week, knowing I can get a Saturday or Sunday appointment and not have to wait weeks is awesome. As my dogs weigh less than 15 pounds I prefer their shots broken up over a couple of visits and they have no problem doing that for me. Dr. Logan is awesome ??!“

“They got me in right away when my Jack Russell hurt his back again and had a swollen area behind his pad. The service was great. After the vet finished with Jack, my 3 & 4 yr old girls were asking to see the bird in the big cage, but the cage was empty, so the vet called for someone to bring the bird in from it's other perch to show them. They were so excited when this big white bird talked to them! So we got great service and a fun show! The guy at the desk in the lobby also took time to talk to them. All around great place.“

“My pup Valak destroyed his knee. At 3 years old and extremely athletic I went for a consult at Big River. It was clearly explained which method would be the best fit and why by Dr Cardosa. A TPLO surgery was done and went very well. My pup is a shy guy yet at each visit he LOVED the staff because they met him where he was at. Now at 9 weeks post op I couldn't be happier! A big thank you to the entire team.“

“Such a compassionate staff- my 17 year old torti had struggled with cancer for the past year. They helped me pro-long her life comfortably as much as they could. The doctors are honest and genuinely care about your pet’s best interest. They administered the process of putting my dear Sadie to sleep. I couldn’t imagine it being handled any more professional than how they did. They are wonderful and kind hearted and it really shows through their practice. The office staff is exceptional. They will go above and beyond to answer questions and provide support. Thank you Cranston Animal Hospital.“

“The staff over at Hope Veterinary Care are super friendly and helpful. I can tell they are animal lovers because they really have a great bond with their patients. My dog, Helios, enjoys the attention and treats and I appreciate that they are fair and patient with me. If you're lucky enough to catch them when they are accepting new patients, I highly recommend them. They are prompt to answer your calls and questions or get right back to you and they provide a host of amenities that make you feel connected and part of the pack. Thanks again for treating us with love and respect!“

“I recently moved to the area and switched to this vet. Scheduling my 2.5yr old cat for his annual as a new patient was an easy process on the phone. They were booking out nearly 2 months later but when it came time for the actual visit, they were super accommodating and already prepared to deal with my cats severe anxiety during visits because they took care to pay attention to the notes I’d given them and they got his records from his previous vet!The visit was short but thorough! Very happy to have my cat going here.“

“The only place I will take my pup. She is animal aggressive and selective with most people. She absolutely loves him and has no anxiety going to see him. They text me when it’s clear of animals to come inside and they treat her with such compassion. The vet techs are all amazing and great with her as well. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a vet that cares for your animal like their own.“

“I have been going to Mercy Animal Hospital since the 70s. When Dr. Childers was the vet. There was a period of time when I had no pets that I did not have a reason to go. But, as soon as I had a pet, it was the only place I even considered!. Dr. Childers was no longer practicing, so I met Dr. McMillan. I liked him immediately. He was gentle and extremely knowledgeable. He felt like family. Almost 5 years ago. I rescued a senior dog. He was a shiatsu mix and about 12 years old. I had taken him to a vet that was affiliated with PARL to be checked out and evaluated. He had a couple of little things that I was given medication for. It cost me an arm and a leg! Then the vet told me that he had a fractured molar. I was told to bring him in to have it operated on. The bill was going to be over $700!! I took him to Mercy and Dr.McMillan looked at the tooth and then took a pair of forceps and pulled out a sliver of tooth that was stuck in his gum. It wasn't attached to anything else. It was just hanging there. It took him about 2 seconds to take it out...no pain, no muss no fuss. No extra charge!! That was the $700 tooth extraction my little dog was saved from! I will never go any where else! Now, its time for my 16 year old dog to cross over the rainbow Bridge. He no longer can use his back legs, he's completely deaf and half blind. He is suffering with must be very bad pain. I would not take him any other place to be put to sleep. The gentle and caring staff at Mercy will take care of my boy, I know.“
