I've been going to this vet for close to 20 years and this Friday I requested that I drop my cat off a little early because I had a conflicting appointment an hour earlier than my vet appointment. At a dentist that is across the street (Dr. Italiane-Decubellis). I was told this isn't possible because its in person only. I can't take the cat in the dentist or leave her in a hot car. I even offered to pay extra. I've dropped pets off before, I don't understand. I have taken my pet Andre to try over for over 4 years and I love them. They are very flexible I do not have pet insurance and they're great with us. And they are great with my dog very happy with Tyler vet!!!
