I thought I would give Banefield another try after having less than desirable experiences at other locations just to find out it’s the same experience just a different location. Any time I try to call, no one answers the phone. Last time I tried to make an appointment, they told me all they had were walk ins on that day. I overheard the woman checking out beside me make an actual appointment on the same day. So I asked the woman who was checking me out why that would be. Terrible service. Failed to log our appointment, and refused to see our cat for a simple rabies vaccination. This seems to be a pattern with Banfield in general, as we’ve had similar disregard at other locations.

Lost the cat's cytology after charging 200 dollars for it and gave the runaround for months on what was going on. Switch her to a different vet and tried to get the cytology sent over and found out they didn't have it. Do yourself a favor and find a real vet, the incompetence is mind-blowing.
