My new (senior) guinea pig boys were SO well taken care of. The team was kind, patient, loving, and thorough. Both the exotic vet we saw and the vet tech who checked us in, assisted with the appointment, and checked us out, were incredibly kind and patient. Absolutely amazing service and care. upon entering the clinic is clean, inviting, and calm with an atmosphere of joy from everyone who works there, and that type of environment and community makes all the difference.

Extremely personable staff.
Everyone and everything was amazing. Our entire experience was well worth the wait!
Unfortunately we had to go to Vetco ( I despise Petco) to get Freddie his vaccines. Awful, super unfriendly.. It was literally a grab and jab. My daughter cried and apologized to him the whole way home. The love, attention, and distraction durring shots to my pup at Wickford was very much appreciated! Not just another pet.
