Our dog and family cat have seen Dr. Lorenson for several years now. Our dog requires home visits because he has extreme vet anxiety due to a poor experience as a puppy elsewhere and is a generally hyperactive, reactive dog. Dr. Lorenson is incredibly thorough in her diagnoses, responsive, considerate about our concerns, and very kind to our overwhelming and overwhelmed dog. Our family cat is much more docile and visits the office which is always clean, and the staff at the front desk are always incredibly kind. Our appointments are on time and we never leave with questions that haven't been given answers.

Nice pleasant experience and very helpful and understanding. They have a certain number of emergency appointments available every day so you can call in the morning and not have to pay some huge fee for an immediate need that isn't necessarily an emergency
