Answered my call and based on my information, advised me to call Hydro in order to obtain a case reference number to make sure that if the problem is on their end that I would not be responsable for the emergency call. Upon receiving this info, came to my residence within 20 minutes, determined that it was on Hydro side and made the necessary call directly to them and followed up with me to advise that Hydro would be there within the hour.Very professional people, I highly recommend them“

“It was very easy to communicate and organize a service call. The team was able to clean my duct from the inside but unfortunately couldn’t get the clog completely clear because they need to investigate the exterior vent. Since the vent is very high, it requires a scaffolding and the work needs to be done in warm weather so that the caulking can dry.The team seems very knowledgeable but my advice is to understand the costs associated with any possible outcome so that you can budget appropriately.“

“I read all the reviews after finding this company on a google search, and I couldn't have been happier!I decided to make an appointment for an estimate to have AC added to my existing forced air furnace.Borce arrived on time for the initial call, measured, checked everything and gave me an estimate and potential date of installation. Because of health reasons I needed it to be done ASAP, with the heat wave we were experiencing and I was pleasantly surprised when I was told it would be done the next week!Once I notified him that we would go with his company, it was started and completed as promised!The job was finished in half a day, and we came home to a cool, comfortable and completely cleaned up job.The good news doesn't stop there...
