My mother-in-law (elderly) used their service twice in four months and she ended up with two hefty bills with several hours of “checks” at $105.00 per hour to replace a defective part. Total, more than $1200 in 4 months. This is downright abusive!Service: Repair HVAC

Avoid at all costs. Mr. Laurin's team cleaned and repaired a gas leak ($800) but after 3 months of use, it does not work and he tells me that I am no longer under warranty. He avoids me and no longer responds to my messages. Thank you Mr Laurin the crosseur, for a second summer in a row I will spend a month without air conditioning in a condo on the 4th floor!Services: HVAC system maintenance
